These Terms of Service govern your use of AVEN.FIT, a coaching and athlete training platform. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
The service
AVEN.FIT lets coaches programme sessions, manage clients, and track progress, and lets athletes log workouts, review plans, and follow their training. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. If you are invited by a coach, you remain responsible for the data you enter in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.
Training is not medical advice
Workouts, plans, and performance estimates are coaching tools, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Train within your ability, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and seek a qualified professional for health questions. You use the service at your own risk.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, and included seats are shown at checkout. Fees already paid are generally not refundable except where required by law or stated at purchase.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from how you train. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.
